We discovered a Burst pipe under our bathroom vanity,when we arrived home from work. The water travelled onto the carpet in the adjoining hallway, 2 bedrooms and living room. Chris and Abhi arrived within an hour and I found them friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the process. They provided me with a moisture map, moved furniture, extracted water from the carpet and set up drying equipment. They attended each day of the drying process to monitor conditions and after three full days of drying equipment running, our carpet was all dry and freshly steam cleaned.
